Εισαγωγή στο Heart Dance Yoga Flow ( το εργαστήριο θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην Αγγλική γλώσσα) με την Basma Kamal και τον Ιάσονα Ψαράκη.
Παρασκευή 27/9 στις 18.00 με 19.30 στο Ελεύθερο Αυτοδιαχειριζόμενο Θέατρο Εμπρός.

Αλληλουχία και συγχρονισμένη φυσική έκφραση, χρησιμοποιώντας Yoga Asana με ροή, με σκοπό την ευθυγράμμιση της κίνησης του σώματος με τους ήχους των δονήσεων της καρδιάς και με ταυτόχρονο συγχρονισμό με του ήχους της Ράγκας (Ινδική κλασσική μουσική που θα παιχτεί στο Σιτάρ) .Για να επιτρέψετε μια ροή σωματικής κίνησης που προέρχεται από την καρδιά, χωρίς κρίση από το μυαλό.  
Απο την ροή των λουλουδιών ???,στην ροή της φωτιάς,στην ροή των δέντρων??? ,στην ροή της Γης ?και έπειτα στην πνευματική γαλήνη???  
Για αυτό το σεμινάριο όλα τα επίπεδα είναι ευπρόσδεκτα να συμμετέχουν.

Introduction to Heart Dance Yoga Flow ( Yoga with live sitar music) with Basma Kamal and Iasonas Psarakis

Workshop duration: 1hr and 30min

Workshop description: This is an introduction to Heart dance yoga flow, a sequenced and synchronized physical expression using yoga Asana with a flowing approach. We are going to use yoga asana alignment in motion by tuning in with vibrational sounds of the heart, which is also synchronized with the sound of the raga (Indian classical music played on the sitar).
The goal of the workshop is to allow a spontaneous flow of physical movement coming from the heart without judgement from the mind.
All levels are welcome to join, this is a beginner- intermediate level introduction of yogic dance flow.
Please bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes

(4 Flows foundation)

Our workshop will start with stretching sequence ,after that we will explore together the ?4 flows foundation of ?Heart Dance yoga flow :

1st ?Flowers flow :Heart opening

( Arm,chest,shoulder and upper spin) movement in flow and opening motion.

2nd Fire flow :??

Building fire of Digestion and transformational quest.
(abdominal,hips and hamstrings focused)
?this flow is designed for building fire within, burning and letting go of the past negative energy accumulated through the seasons.

?Take this flow part as deep and serious as you can , it’s your opportunity to have a sensation of inner fire with out fear of pain.

3rd ?Tree flow : ??
(Whole body Balance)
?we focus here on grounding roots of the tree with the flowing upper body which moving with the wind, as the tree going through seasons of growing new leafs,blossoms,fruits,drying in winter.

?this is an opportunity to experience the law of change and nature that constantly moving in unending wheel .

4th Earth Flow ??
(Legs,abdominal,spin) restorative flow ,coming back to a safe ground a safe home where you can clear your mind of any thoughts,calming the body and mind with sequenced breathing.

Then we close or flow with a seated position .

Teachers Bio: ???  

 
??  Basma Kamal is an Egyptian – American, living in Greece, yoga alliance certified Hatha yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher. She studied in India and continued practicing and teaching yoga in Washington state U.S. and curently in Greece.

She focuses on Mindful heart opening and expression through yoga asana and she is the founder of Heart dance yoga flow
dance. She has also studied flamengo Spanish folk dance in Seville – Spain in 2008.

?? Iasonas Psarakis is a Greek born Hindusthani Classical and experimentalist sitarist, multiinstrumentalist,music composer presently based in Shantiniketan, Kolkata ,India.
His career spans from European classical to Middle eastern and journeys through Hindusthani classical under the guidance of Guruma Ameena (daughter of Ustad Ali Akbar Khan), Pandit Debi Prasad Chatterjee, Shiraz Ali Khan, Amie Maciszawski and Sabyasachida Sarkhel.
He graduated also from Sangit Bhavan-Visva Bharati University (BMus-HCM-Sitar/performance arts ), holder of scholarship under of ICCR India.
Iasonas published his first album Clay (2014), a music album who recorded in Lebanon with Indian classical music and sounds of Iran. Having showcased his music in theatres,auditoriums, collectives , cultural venues,Radios and streets performances in Turkey, Kurdisthan, Iran, Egypt, Lebanon, Greece and to music festivals globally.
Also now Iasonas is part of the projects with names “Modern classical sound” and ” Panchamaha Bhuta” with Ethno-Classical Recordings India, and both projects will be launched globally soon
