Ecstatic dance, also known as active meditation, is a conscious celebration that uplifts the body, mind, and soul. In movement, we honor our bodies, mother earth, and we pray for a good purpose. You can dance, stretch, hug someone, or just sit and meditate. We dance barefoot, we take no drugs, no alcohol, and no talking till the end. Freedom of movement with love, beauty, and respect for ourselves and each other.

Ο εκστατικός χορός, η αλιώς, ενεργητικός διαλογισμός, είναι μια ενσυνείδητη γιορτή που ανυψώνει, σώμα, μυαλό και ψυχή. Εν κινήσει λοιπόν, τιμούμε τα σώματά μας, μητέρα γη, και προσευχόμαστε για καλό σκοπό. Μπορείτε να χορέψετε, να τεντωθείτε, να αγκαλιάσετε κάποιον ή απλώς να καθίσετε κανοντας διαλογισμό. Χορεύουμε ξυπόλυτοι, δεν παίρνουμε ναρκωτικά, όχι αλκοόλ, ούτε μιλάμε μέχρι το τέλος. Ελευθερία κινήσεων με αγάπη, ομορφιά και σεβασμό στον εαυτό μας και ο ένας στον άλλον.
